Amanda Dowie – Director
Amanda has seven years experience within the real estate industry and has run her own recruitment agency since 2003. She has completed the Foundation Award in Recruitment Practice, for which she received a Distinction and Amanda is now a member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation in the UK. Having worked in Dubai for many years, Amanda is fully aware of the demands of the recruitment market over here. In addition to this, she has an excellent knowledge of the city, having parents who have lived here for over 20 years.

Rachael Garner - Consultant Sales, Marketing, PR
Rachael joined Apple Selection in November 2007 and has since been the main point of contact for the Sales, Marketing and PR Division. With almost 5 years of regional experience, Rachael has built up a strong network of contacts and has a deep cultural understanding of the diverse make-up of the population within the GCC. She is also a prominent and active member of the World-Wide Networking Association known as ‘BNI”. Having worked consistently and successfully in highly targeted and pressurised corporate sales environments, Rachael has the innate ability to recognise talented individuals and has a diverse and exciting portfolio of career opportunities to offer, on behalf of her high profile and trusted clients.

Kelly Coldwell – Consultant for Business Support & Finance
Kelly first came directly to Dubai from Australia, where she had worked as a Senior Sales Manager. After completing her studies in Business and Human Resources, Kelly wanted to move into a more sales orientated environment, where she would be able to utilise her experience and skills to the fullest. Kelly started with Apple Search & Selection in May 2007 but, with a background in Events and HR, it was a quick progression to becoming a Consultant. She is now the main Consultant for Business Support & Finance.

Rachel Walsh – Human Resource, Banking and Finance Consultant
Rachel moved to Dubai from Ireland in October of 2008, where she worked as a recruitment consultant with one of the largest agencies in the country. With a degree in Marketing & Business Studies, Rachel has extensive experience in Customer Services and Account Management, adding to her experience within the recruitment industry. Rachel is the main Consultant for Human Resources, Banking and Finance.

Anjli Carlucci – Office Manager
Anjli moved from London to Dubai in September 2006, where she was in charge of managing every aspect of the office for her previous company. Anjli joined Apple Search & Selection in October 2007 as Administration Manager and performs a full remit of organisational duties. Anjli is highly efficient and has the ability to keep the team running smoothly through even the most stressful situations!
